Accessibility Statement

Future Green Technology aims to make its website and editorial resources usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

Our accessibility objective

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a working objective for design, content and interactive features. This is an objective, not a claim that every current page or third-party component has been fully audited or certified.

Measures we aim to apply

  • Clear heading structure and meaningful page titles.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and controls.
  • Visible focus states and sufficient color contrast.
  • Alternative text for informative images and empty alternative text for decorative images.
  • Descriptive link wording rather than relying only on “click here.”
  • Readable layouts that adapt to zoom and smaller screens.
  • Captions, transcripts or alternatives where time-based media is introduced.
  • Accessible labels, instructions and error messages for forms and tools.
  • Avoidance of unnecessary motion and flashing content.

How we check and improve accessibility

Accessibility is considered during writing, block selection, table construction and release review. Checks may include keyboard navigation, visible focus, heading order, link purpose, image alternatives, zoom and reflow, form labels, document reading order and basic screen-reader review. These checks reduce avoidable barriers but do not amount to a full independent audit.

We prioritize problems that block access to core articles, navigation, contact routes or downloadable decision tools. Smaller presentation issues are recorded and addressed proportionately. When a practical immediate fix is not available, we will try to provide the same information in another usable format.

Known limitations and third-party services

The site has not yet completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit. Some archived material, embedded content, cookie controls, account interfaces or third-party services may not fully meet the desired standard. We will prioritize barriers that prevent access to core information or functions.

Downloads and practical resources

Worksheets, calculators and downloadable resources will be reviewed for keyboard use, labels, reading order, contrast and understandable instructions. Where a file format creates an unavoidable barrier, we will aim to provide an accessible web explanation or another reasonable format.

Feedback and assistance

Email admin@futuregreentech.online with the subject line Accessibility. Include the page or resource, the problem, and—where comfortable—the browser, device and assistive technology involved.

We will assess the request and try to provide the information in a practical alternative format where reasonably possible. Response timing depends on the complexity of the issue and available resources.

Review of this statement

This statement will be updated as the site, content formats and accessibility testing mature. A future audit may identify additional limitations or change the priority of remediation work.
